have just spent the better part of a whole weekend studying :'( so tireddddddd. gah. have spent more time in the law library this week than i've been all term! (shhhh)

room has descended into a level of chaos yet unknown.

how do i know i'm a student?
1. when the clock strikes 1 (as in 1 am) my first thought is: oh time to get my clothes out of the dryer.
2. i dont find (1) strange
3. i eat expired food to save trips to the supermarket.
4. clothes are classified into clean, semi clean, and 'don't go there'
5. 'facebook' is a legitimate study break.

HELP!

Once more to the world

Sorry have been busy. But should never be too busy to update my friends & family on the happenings in my life yaaaaa? So here goes hee. Still am nt a v happening person, which tend to think is a good thing!

Am currently studying for mods (strange traditional Oxford way of saying exams, pish) or rather should be studying much harder as college father who is not the studying sort said that now's definitely the time to start! But studies are so 'droll' and not at all 'brilliant' or 'lovely', in britticisms, soooo on to more fun stuff!

Am so lazy, so will let pictures do the talking and insert comments where apt :D

am on sherlyn's comp so have not many pics of my own. but my dear family i'm sorry i've missed the msn convos and made you wait for me :( thank you SO v much for the box of stuff from home! really v v appreciated :D and to g, d, cher, beek, j, i miss you girls so much too i wish you were here with me sometimes cos i know we'd have really crazy times here. to the vj girls zhen, bing, tong, mx, hazel i miss you LOADS too, life's just not quite the same here!

but in God's grace i am enjoying myself and its all good so no worries and i'll be home in june to bother you lot again. better have belated birthday presents for me!!!!!

HOMEWARD BOUND

am going to be home on tues! heehee. please pray for me, am stopping over in bangkok for 4 hours and will be one by lonesome self! also afraid luggage, like owner, is overweight. mmm.

but is good expereince i think, or at least growing experience.

BRAIN FOOOOOOOD.

Have typed an email to phlits (select committee of emailers hoho) and am lazy to type stuff on blog after emailing so shall plop here to let you know how much brain has degenerated in absence of SINGAPOREAN FOOD. :D

Here goes:
YOU KNOW WHAT. sorry i really must tell you all this to ease my 'suffering'. i am LONGING to eat a few things that have just popped into my head and are currently driving me crazy.
1. CEREAL PRAWNS.
2. sushi - someone put a pic on their blog. v unhelpful will have you know.
3. chilli crab
4. CHICKEN RICE
5. TAU HUEYYYYYY (the adorable prancing soya bean - mr bean logo - on my phone is most horrid as makes me want to EAT)

sorry i know this is the most pointless email. but i just wanted to make my food cravings known so that i can properly concentrate on reading my law textbook again. after next lesson will be full fledged criminal lawyer (hah as if, but is true, will be done with crim law in one lesson). will go to sentosa within 3 days of touching down on our SUNNY SHORES. cannot wait! who wants to go with me heeee.

i just realised will pop this onto blog as lazy to type out again. hee. HUNGRY - and therefore incoherent. please dont tell me is monsoon season in singapore and therefore raining. will be mostmost upset. have been making friends here shoot me envious looks when tell them am going to the beach! wheeeee.

need SPICY food. lots of chinese food places here sell 'singaporean' noodles which taste decent but def not singaporeanish. hee. realise food is HUGE part of culture!!!!!

okay will go back to studying before stomach overtakes brain.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO DARLING G&D!

Hee G&Ds is my favourite shop in Oxford which sells fabulous icecream so whenever go to shop think of two twitties back home. Also have pick on wall with caption 'because, (hopefully) some things won't EVER change'. But we all know that things change, but we change along with things and no matter what am still going to have pull-on-your-sleeve instincts and make weird faces at the camera moments and foodie loves and as long as we make the effort it'll be okay.

So happy birthday (belated and early) to both of you :D Now you're finally 19 and in your last year of teen-hood! Hee we are old together.

Can't wait to get home sometimes, but at same time know that will miss Oxford hahaha. But will def be v v happy to get back, and to see my good friend Mr Sunshine again, and to be able to actually suntan and wear skirts and TEESHIRTSHORTSANDSLIPPERS. Really quite sore about no teeshirtshortsslippers issue here as is cold. Then again, get to wear hat/leggings/layers/scarf/boots/skinnyjeans here so is all good :)

Cher and beek you stay good too, cher I <3 seeing pics on your blog but is strange to see so many unfamiliar people (in sense that have never even heard of them) on your blog. But you all look happy in photos - though everyone does. Take care, try nt to drown in law, is hard I know :/ Hohoho.
